ABOUT
The Astron Group started off as a precision component manufacturing facility (Vivikem Industries Corporation) and diversified into manufacturing of brass rods used in these components under Astron Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. Subsequently, a valve manufacturing company (Power Fabricators India Pvt. Ltd.) was acquired, which went on to become one of the largest LPG valve manufacturers in the country. Owing to an ever increasing demand for high quality products, a second valve manufacturing company (Astron Valvetech Pvt. Ltd.) was set up.

The Promoter Director of Astron Group, Nitin has over 40 years of experience in entrepreneurship. Under his leadership, a component manufacturing unit started in an 800 sq.ft. shed, has today grown into a 100 crore+ entity with factories spread over 4 locations. Over the years, his thrust on automation of manufacturing processes has created ultra-modern manufacturing facilities which has led to the companies being the first choice for customers.

As the largest brass foundry in Maharashtra, Astron Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd. is equipped with state-of-the-art production and material testing facilities that ensure superior quality. It is a single source supplier of raw material to numerous companies and also an exporter of various grades of brass.
Along with having an ISO 9001:2015 certification, Astron Engineers was also amongst the first to be given the 'Environmentally Sound Management Facility' certification from the Ministry of Environment and Forests.

ASTRON VALVETECH
PIRANGUT, PUNE
The LPG valve requires compliance of the highest safety standards due to its application. The same standard of safety and quality are ensured in all products manufactured by Astron Valvetech Pvt. Ltd. After having created a reputation for itself in the LPG valve line, it has diversified it's product range to include ball valves, gas taps, fire fighting valves, safety relief valves and various brass components. Each batch of LPG valves is approved by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
Having received certifications from the BIS and the Chief Controller of Explosives, Astron Valvetech also holds an ISO 9001:2015 certificate and product certification for EN331:2015.
POWER FABRICATORS

Amongst the largest LPG Valve manufacturers in the country, Power Fabricators (India) Pvt. Ltd. is equipped to produce high precision non-ferrous forgings required in hydraulic fittings, pneumatic fittings, air conditioning systems and in the automobile sector. It's machining facility produces products that meet international standards and each batch of LPG valves is approved by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
Known for quality, consistency and commitment, Power Fabricators, the oldest LPG valve manufacturing company in India, has received certifications from the BIS and the Chief Controller of Explosives. An ISO certification is also under process.
